The Listed Information displayed in the App is provided to us by our client, ASBN. ASBN is solely responsible for obtaining the express consent of each individual and business before their information is included in the App. We have a signed agreement with ASBN confirming that they have procured the necessary permissions for this information to be shared publicly.
If you are a person or a representative of a business whose information is displayed in our App and you wish to have it removed or corrected, please contact ASBN directly. While we are not responsible for the initial data collection, we will cooperate with ASBN to address any such requests in a timely manner.
What We Do Not Do: Tracking and Data Collection
For the purposes of the Apple App Store, "tracking" refers to the act of linking user or device data collected from our App with user or device data collected from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or advertising measurement purposes. It also includes sharing user or device data with data brokers.
The ASBN app does not engage in any form of tracking.
